Sailing in the Caribbean is an unforgettable experience.
The Caribbean stretches from Trinidad in the south to St. Maarten in the north.
Further west are the British and American Virgin Islands.
Cuba also in the North is increasingly visited by yachts.
In the South are the Netherlands Antilles in Curacao, Aruba and Bonaire. Between Trinidad and Curacao
off the Venezuelan coast, are some gems.
Almost all the islands offer idyllic bays, tropical forests (mainly southern) beautiful white sand
beaches and crystal clear turquoise colored water.
Everywhere you can dive and snorkel and enjoy an interesting underwater life.
It will often happen that a turtle swim past your boat and see dolphins play at the bow with the spray.
We offer sailing holidays from Martinique Southbound and Northbound. Our yacht is a comfortable Yacht from the type "Ocean 60" with good sailing performance for 8 guests.

The Caribbean is characterized by a tropical climate.
The best time to book a sailing vacation is from December to May. From June to October the area prone
to hurricanes.
Below 11 degrees north, the chance of hurricanes is virtually nil, so you can sail year round,
although the rainy season from October to December is around Trinidad and Grenada.
Then there is the warm humid with temperatures above 30°C.
From December to May the northeast trade wind blows. The force is 4 to 6 Bft. A fresh breeze so.
On the west side of the islands it is a lot calmer, because it lies in the lee of the wind.
There are therefore the most idyllic bays.

the finish is in a different city on the island. Both in the Dutch and French part.
In the evening at the finish there is a great event with (inter) national artists and ...... a lot
of beer.
There are many yachts with cabins for (paying) guests.
There are also many yachts in St. Maarten and nearby rented with place for voyage crew.
